She made this process such the home search easy and she identified issues and concerns (e.g., water damage in the basements, termites, etc.) in homes we viewed, helped with negotiations, and kept us abreast of next steps up until and through closing. Sandy was the absolute best & I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone & everyone! She is hands down the reason why we are in our new house (which we love) as she was able to arrange for us to see it right away, help us through every step of the process, and even made a fantastic recommendation on the offer which resulted in it getting accepted in an very competitive situation. I actually know a lot of realtors and I also struggle to trust anyone, especially with something so important, but Im so thankful that I chose Sandy as she proved countless times that I could really trust her to represent us, look out for our best interest, keep us informed, help us understand things we werent familiar with, and the list goes on!
